At FalahKart, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Policy (5 Days Return)

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase/order ID is required


2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product significantly different from description


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and hygiene-related products

  • Beauty and personal care items (if opened/used)

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”


4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the item is received:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer/UPI (for Cash on Delivery orders)


5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item has been delivered

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


6. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We may arrange pickup for eligible returns (depending on location)

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (you may initiate a return instead)


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still not resolved, contact us
