  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of high demand, processing may take slightly longer

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotions


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email

  • You can track your order status in real-time


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders

  • Additional COD charges may apply


6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service issues

FalahKart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled or returned to us


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement/refund)
